Description

Rock River Arms 2-Stage 3.5lb Varmint Match Trigger

This 2-stage 3.5lb varmint match trigger from Rock River Arms is frequently used for varmint and long range AR builds where a lighter 2-stage trigger helps accuracy and round placement. The set comes pre-adjusted by Rock River Arms’ gunsmiths as a matched pair, and drops into all mil-spec lowers with no adjustments needed.

Specifications:

  • .1555 diameter
  • Pre-adjusted by gunsmiths
  • Lightweight

Due to this 2-stage trigger’s diameter, it’s not recommended or designed for use with .154 pins and .170 Colt lower receivers. Using it with .154 pins may give it a more snug feel after install. Shop for Rock River Arms triggers at RightToBear.com and save with fantastic pricing.

Great trigger for the price! November 19, 2018

This is certainly no Geissele which I also have a few of in my precision builds, however, this is a great trigger and with EWG grease applied is smooth and breaking consistently at just a hair over 3.25 lbs. Highly recommend this trigger as a upgrade for a budget precision build or if you want a lighter trigger in a regular build. Plus this is a simple fast upgrade whereas other triggers require more time and tinkering to get them just right.

Something wrong May 16, 2018

when you switch off safety and go to pull trigger first pull, it is 15+ pounds. after that, all subsequent pulls are nice light under 4 lbs. Not sure what is wrong with it

affordable light 2 stage trigger March 23, 2018
Reviewer: derrick ledbetter from peoria, IL United States
pull weight is light and smooth. its the best priced 2 stage. my only complaint is heavy tool marks. the sear surface is smooth. But on the back side where the hammer slides down an angle to reset, there are heavy tool marks. this doesn't effect trigger pull. but it does make trigger reset a little gritty.

RRA Quality Piece February 24, 2018
Reviewer: jim parker from Lansdale, PA United States
I have used a few different two stage trigger manufactures over the years. One thing that Ive noticed is most of them are sold with machine marks and scratches that make the first stage feel like your dragging your finger over a washboard.
These RRA triggers are different and have far less  markings. Once polished up these triggers really put a smile on your face. I would absolutely place this trigger up there with others costing twice as much.

RR two stage triggers are the best bang for the $ February 9, 2018
Reviewer: John Ostler from Murray, UT United States
The Geisle triggers are the best, but they are definately not twice as good as Rock River and they are more than twice as much.  It is actually very hard to tell the difference once installed.
