WE ARE OPEN and processing orders as fast as we can.
Due to increased demand, we are several business days behind. Exact lead times are posted on the checkout page. Each day that number changes and will be updated on the checkout page accordingly.
We also require customers to check a box acknowledging the current lead time at the time that the order is placed.
Orders cannot be combined or changed. If you would like to change an order, it will have to be canceled and another order will have to be placed. This is to ensure that our workflow is moving as efficiently as possible.
Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to stay open. If Amazon is open, then we are certainly going to stay open and continue processing orders.
IF the Post Office or UPS shuts down, then we will continue getting orders packaged up until they are ready to take them. Our warehouse operation is well insulated from the general public, and we have implemented very stringent sanitary practices to keep our warehouse and employees clean and COVID-19 free!
