KNS Mod 2 Trigger & Hammer Pins - Gen G For Geissele Triggers - BLK

The new KNS Gen G pins are designed to work in conjunction with Geissele triggers.

AR15/M16 Gen G Mod 2 Non-Rotating Trigger/Hammer Pins .1550 Diameter, 4140 Steel, 45-48 RC.

These are the Generation 2 Mod 2 pin sets. They are the STRONGEST pins that can be produced and were designed to withstand the high impact of full and semi-automatic 9mm and .223 suppressed weapons. They will also fit the .308 AR rifles.

The pins are stainless steel. End retainers are black Nitride or dark earth. An absolute must-have for all M-16 owners. They will also protect your AR-15. Special anti-creep retainers prevent wear on your irreplaceable M-16 or AR-15 receiver. Pin installation tool & 2 Torx wrenches included. No modification to firearm required.

THE TORQUE SPEC ON THE SCREW IS 11 inch/lbs. MAXIMUM. We recommend 8INCH/LBS of torque.

I purchased the Geissele SD 3G trigger and saw that the pins were rotating so I purchased this kit and problem solved!

Peace of mind March 8, 2017

Added the KNS anti-rotation device on both of my Geissele triggers as a cheap insurance policy against pins walking out during range drills. They do stick out a bit more than I expected and you do feel it when reaching for the mag release. Not a deal breaker but just thought I'd mention it. Also if you are looking to add an extended mag release it has to be one that angles down so it doesn't hit the KNS pins.
