RCA Rubber City Armory Adjustable Gas Key

Adjustable gas keys are a great alternative to more expensive gas adjustment components. This gas key will achieve the same result at a fraction of the cost.

Made from Pre-Hardened 4140: 28-32RC with radiused corners reducing sharp edges

Enhances performance of low mass and standard mass GI systems without unnecessary dissassembly. Gas flow is adjusted and maintained at the carrier with set screws. One to adjust gas flow and one to lock it in place. 3 1/8 screws and 2 3/16 set screws and wrench included to make necessary adjustments.

2 mounting bolts included.

    Adjustable gas key

    I received the gas key and it appears to be machined very cleanly. Got an excellent deal on it too! Gonna mount it on a lightweight carrier. This should bring my ultralight build together!

    Works fine

    I got this for a carbine that was way over gassed. It has a 14.5in barrel with a pinned and welded flash hider, and a standard front sight base. I did not want to remove either one, so I started looking for alternatives and found this and decided to give it a try. Install was pretty straight forward. I added some locktite to the screws after cleaning with carb cleaner. It was a little bit of a paint to adjust, having to open up the gun and remove the BCG, but I was able to get it adjusted in 10 rounds. with 1 round in the mag, I adjusted till it did not lock open,, then adjusted the screw back open till it did, and then fired several rounds afterwards to make sure the setting was good. I installed the 2nd set screw to lock it in place. So far so good.

    Adjustable gas key

    An amazing alternative to adjustable gas block. Installed with 10.5 inch barrel standard buffer system standard a2 muzzle device and the gun shoots silky smooth with reticle barely leaving last aimpoint. All in all worth it to get rid of over gassed ARs and keep standard front sight.

    So far so good, running subsonic 300 blackout with perfect ejection within 5 rounds.
