Battle Arms Development BAD-ASS-ELITE Ambidextrous 60/90-Degree AR Safety Selector - Black
The Battle Arms Development BAD-ASS-ELITE ambidextrous safety selector is a lightweight, modular control upgrade for compatible AR-platform firearms. Its reversible steel center allows the installer to choose a conventional 90-degree throw or a shorter 60-degree throw, while the included standard and short aluminum levers support right- or left-handed operation.
The CNC-machined 7075-T6 billet aluminum levers reduce unnecessary weight without giving up a positive control surface. A built-in fiber-optic channel accepts commonly available .060-inch (1.5 mm) diameter fiber-optic rod for a user-selected visual reference. Fiber-optic material is not included.

Battle Arms Development lists the BAD-ASS-ELITE for AR-15, M16, M4, AR-9 and AR-10 variants that use a Mil-Spec-style AR-15 semi-automatic safety and compatible trigger. The manufacturer states that a dedicated short-throw receiver relief cut is not required for the 60-degree configuration. Confirm receiver, trigger and selector compatibility before installation.
