RTB .22 conversion
Every bit as good as CMMG. First time out, a light lube and ran a brick through a AR dedicated .22 carbine without malfunction.

RTB Dedicated 22LR Bolt
Decided to build a dedicated AR22lr. The product looks impressive and is built well, and although I haven't tested it yet, I'm confident it will perform well! The sale was a great deal and RTB has fast shipping.

Dedicated 22LR Conversion
I haven't used these yet, but I've done others with the CMMG conversion using the AR 223 barrel. You can probably expect better accuracy with the dedicated barrel and bolt as it's designed for 22LR rimfire ammo with a little tighter tolerance and a
1-16 twist.

Fit good had no problems with it and it works really well.
Beautiful workmanship on it and it's made from stainless. I think CMMG makes it and they make top notch products.

Best of the Best for dedicated .22 LR ARs
I currently have bought three of these RTB/CMMG .22 LR dedicated BCG and am waiting for Black Friday to buy a forth. I built a 4.5" and 9" AR pistol and had a 20" custom barrel made on a GM blank, all using the RTB/CMMG dedicated .22 LR BCG, and none of them have ever missed a beat over several thousand rounds with at least a dozen different types of ammunition, from RN to HP to FN, never a hiccup. I also have a ban era, 1995, DPMS .22 LR dedicated upper that has never worked properly with the DPMS BCG and DPMS or Black Dog DPMS magazines, so after my first three builds with the RTB/CMMG BCG and all of them have worked flawlessly, I had the DPMS barrel cut for the RTB/CMMG extractor. I have now put 200 rounds though this barrel and it has never missed a beat, whereas before I could not get through one 10R magazine without some sort of malfunction. The RTB/CMMG .22 LR BCG is the only way to go if you want a perfectly operating .22 LR AR rifle or pistol. Combine this BCG with CMMG or Black Dog magazines and forget about malfunctions. The only problem with using their dedicated BCG and BD mags is that you will have to figure some other way to practice your malfunction clearance drills.
