Enhanced Nickel Teflon Trigger Assembly

Our Enhanced Trigger Assemblies are build on a traditional Mil-Spec foundation with some key upgrades for increased performance. All components are sourced from US .mil contractors that meet or exceed military specifications. Triggers and hammers are made from 8620 steel and properly heat treated. Trigger sear surfaces maintain correct geometry and are polished prior to heat treatment to ensure that surface hardened material is never removed. Triggers, hammers and disconnectors receive our proprietary electroless Nickel Teflon finish for increased lubricity and corrosion protection.

We've taken it a step further and hand selected hammer springs that keep the pull weight on the low end of the spectrum. Every single trigger assembly is checked with a pull gauge to ensure that pull weight is between 5 to 5 1/2 pounds.

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer polish the trigger sear surfaces after the plating process. Sear surfaces are only polished prior to heat treatment. Triggers are already very slick and will polish themselves during regular usage fairly quickly, however, you can polish them yourself with some Flitz (or similar polish) on a flat paper surface. The Nickel Teflon will polish very easily, so do not use sandpaper or anything else abrasive and be careful to not remove any material.

After action (205 rounds) April 5, 2018

I paired this with Joebob Outfitters' Grip Screw/Adjuster with Kaw Valley reduced power trigger springs. Runs like a sewing machine. I am a trigger snob, and have only bought $200+ triggers ever. This. This, for the price, is unbeatable.

I did double taps no problem. Dumped 25 rounds in less than 7-8 seconds, it was so smooth.

Do not hesitate with getting this.

Worthwhile Upgrade February 26, 2018

I won’t be saying anything others haven’t already said, but it’s all true.  Breaks clean and pulls smooth with little to no take up or creep and no grittiness. I just cannot see how you can go wrong. I paired it with JP increased reliability springs. Great mil spec trigger setup.

Very nice! February 15, 2018

I replaced an enhanced trigger group from PSA with this fire control group. The PSA FCG was decent - a small amount of creep and slight grittiness. My trigger gauge showed 5-1/4lbs after 800 rounds. The RTB Enhanced NTTA showed 4-1/2 after installation. Creep was very low - more like take-up on a two stage trigger. Break was clean. After 60 dry-fires it measures 4-1/4lbs on my gauge. This is a great trigger!
