1 of 5 Low Quality, Poorly Built February 7, 2020

I received my Samson Manual Folding Sights and was disappointed in the overall fit and finish. To start, the product I received was different from the product pictured on the website. The picatinny rail clamps were a piece of milled round stock as opposed to the full length clamp shown in the photo. Furthermore the round stock needed to be de-burred before they could be installed. After cleaning them up and test fitting them, the rear sights flip up button takes an excessive amount of force to engage. When I did get it to flip up the rear sight extends past the upright locked position, and needed to be manually adjusted to the locked position, at which time an audible pop is herd to confirm the proper position. With a price tag of $170.00 I was expecting a quality product that I would trust my life to, this was unfortunately not the case. I would recommend buying bottom of the barrel budget sights over these, at least you’d get what you pay for.
