Faxon 10.5" Lightweight Pencil Barrel - 4150 QPQ

Our pencil barrels are the lightest in the industry. Don't take just our word for it, major companies like Robar, 2A Armament, and others choose Faxon pencils for their ideal balance of weight and performance.

Faxon Firearms barrels are the pinnacle of value. Manufactured 100% in-house from cradle-to-grave, these barrels are fully stress relieved, air-gauge tested, and 11 degree target crowned to ensure superior accuracy.

Quality is imbued into our barrels from the start. We start with the best materials, either certified 4150 Mil-Spec steel or 416-R Stainless. From there, each barrel goes through a battery of tests at each operation until finished in Nitride and final inspected. All barrels are individually checked for headspace by precision custom hardened gauges.

Just what I was waiting for May 27, 2017
Reviewer: Rob K
Been waiting (and writing for) Faxon to come out with a 10-11"  pencil profile barrel. I've used a handful of their 16" pencil offering and have been extremely pleased with how well they function, and, how much heat drift they have.

Got the new build out to the range for 2nd time today. Very pleased with its functionality and quite pleased with how little heat shit it experiences when running hot. All my range friends that were out today liked it and were very surprised at how little it weighs in the full build-out.

Using a MI lightweight, AIM low-mass BCG, and a SLR Sentry 6 so I could tweak the gas to run well with that low mass carrier.

I'll definitely be picking up a few of this barrel in the new future to update my wife and eldest's pistol upper builds.
